The system quickly screens passengers using safe active millimeter wave (MMW) radio frequency technology to detect concealed objects made of a broad variety of materials - both metallic and non-metallic - including liquids, gels, rubber, wire, powder, plastics, ceramics, sheet and bulk explosives.
